Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is most important to us and we offer free and easy returns whenever possible. In order to do this we need the following from you.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can do everything possible to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order was shipped to request a return.
Outbound shipping fees for the original order are not refundable.
Reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Products must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please include the original packing slip with your return. Returns can not be combined with multiple orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or show signs of wear.
To request a return, go to https://shopify.com/52794687671/account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Custom items
At this time, due to the manner in which our custom designed products are processed we do not issue refunds, exchanges, nor do we accept returns for our custom items EXCEPT in the following instances:
-The wrong item was received (eg., not the color, size or print you ordered)
-Item has been lost in transit
-Faulty items (eg., seams destroyed, poor print quality) sublimation
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you prefer an item different from what you ordered, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
